Welcome to the Jada Diecast website!
The general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to commercial relations between:
SOLIDO SARL,
Located at 2 Rue de l'Ecusson, 56120 JOSSELIN, France, registered with the R.C.S. of Vannes under number 793 314 790, owner of all rights to the Jada website.
SOLIDO SARL is the official reseller of the US brand JADA in France.
EAnd any individual who places an order or reservation via the website https://www.jada-diecast.fr.
ETherefore, placing an order on the Jada website implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
All product orders are strictly reserved for end consumers, meaning individuals not acting as merchants.
Orders

2.Who Can Order
You must:
- Be a natural person
- Be 18 years old or older and legally capable of entering into a contract
- Not be a merchant
Before confirming your order online, a summary page will allow you to check and modify your order if necessary.
Confirming your order means you accept the offer and these general terms and conditions of sale. We will acknowledge receipt of your order via email. This email serves as confirmation of your order registration. Orders placed by mail or phone are confirmed upon receipt. You will receive the ordered product, subject to availability and/or order acceptance.
SOLIDO reserves the right to cancel any abnormal orders, including those with quantities exceeding normal consumer needs or repeated orders under the same name and billing/delivery address. Similarly, SOLIDO may refuse an order in case of unpaid balances or disputes from previous orders.
The sale is only considered final after the product has been shipped and full payment received. The terms and conditions applicable are those available at the time of the order.
You may cancel your order only if it is not marked as "Being prepared" in your customer account.
You agree to receive invoices for your purchases electronically. These will be available in .pdf format in your account area on our website.
Sales Prices
All our prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC), in accordance with French law, including VAT applicable in France.
Shipping fees are not included in the displayed prices. These fees depend on the weight of the products and the delivery address and will be specified when validating the order.
Prices may change at any time without notice. However, items will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of order or reservation.
All orders, regardless of origin, are invoiced and payable in euros only.
Products remain the property of SOLIDO SARL until full payment has been received, regardless of the delivery date.
Payment Methods
You have several options to pay for your purchases:
1. By Credit Card
Payments can be made online via our websites using Carte Bleue, E-cartebleue (Système Pay and Payline), Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, and MasterCard.
2.By Cheque
You may also pay by cheque when placing your order. Send it by mail, made payable to SOLIDO.
Cheques are cashed 15 days before shipment to verify solvency. No discount is applied for upfront payment. If payment is not received, the order and reservation will be cancelled.
Any unpaid or failed transaction (incorrect banking info, insufficient funds, etc.) will incur a fee of €15.40 including tax.
Withdrawal Period
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, starting from the receipt of the product (by you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you). Products must be returned at your expense, with no explanation needed. They must be in original packaging, complete and undamaged. Notify us of your withdrawal via the provided form or by mail.
For orders with multiple deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the final item.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (the cheapest option offered), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction and will incur no fees. Refunds may be delayed until we receive the returned product(s).
Delivery
The delivery address can differ from the billing address. Both must be specified during order or site registration.
Orders placed on www.jada-diecast.fr are processed within a maximum of 15 working days from receipt by SOLIDO SARL.
Reservations placed by mail, website, or email are deliverable within 30 days from the 3rd week of the relevant reservation month, which is stated on reservation documents.
SOLIDO SARL takes all necessary steps to minimize risk during shipping. Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the product leaves SOLIDO's premises. In case of transport damage, the buyer must file a motivated claim with the carrier within 3 days of delivery.
Buyers must refuse damaged packages or note issues on the delivery slip to enable any claim with the carrier.
Unless stated otherwise during the order, deliveries delayed beyond 30 days due to SOLIDO's fault may result in cancellation and refund.
If the buyer does not collect the package within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the parcel will be returned to SOLIDO SARL and the cost of reshipping will be charged to the buyer.
Jurisdiction
Any order validated on our websites implies automatic acceptance of our general terms and conditions. Disputes not resolved amicably or via mediation will be submitted to the competent courts under standard legal provisions.Personal Data & Cookies

Liability
The customer is solely responsible for the product selection, storage from delivery, and use. SOLIDO SARL is not liable for any resulting damage.
Products are guaranteed to be in perfect condition upon transfer to the carrier. This is SOLIDO SARL's only warranty. No other express or implied guarantees are provided, especially regarding product suitability to individual expectations.
SOLIDO SARL cannot be held liable for non-performance due to force majeure, postal or transportation strikes, floods, or fires. SOLIDO SARL is not liable for indirect damages (loss of business, profits, opportunities, etc.).
Our packaging (styrofoam, white box, brown cardboard) is for transport protection and not eligible for exchange due to scratches or minor damage.

Our site may provide, or third parties may include, links to other websites or other Internet sources. To the extent that SOLIDO SARL can control external sites and sources, the user acknowledges that SOLIDO SARL is responsible for the provision of external sites and sources, and we also bear responsibility for the content, advertising, products, services, or any other material available on or in parts of external sites or sources.
Furthermore, the user acknowledges that SOLIDO SARL is liable for any damages or losses suffered or incurred as a result of or in connection with the use of or reliance on the content, goods, or services available on these external sites or sources.
Dispute Resolution - Mediation - After-Sales Service
1. After-Sales Service
Only sales made directly by SOLIDO SARL are eligible for part replacement or exchanges. For other sales (Ebay, Le Bon Coin, physical stores, etc.), customers must contact their seller.
In case of exchanges or repairs, return costs (transport, customs, etc.) are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. If exchange/repair is not possible and return is approved (e.g., sold-out item), a refund or store credit will be issued upon receipt of the product. Products must be returned in original packaging, stating the reason on the delivery slip or invoice.

SOLIDO reserves the right to adapt or change these terms at any time. Each order is subject to the version accepted on the order date.
Intellectual Property
All images, texts, illustrations, and comments on the website www.jada-diecast.fr are the exclusive property of SOLIDO. Any reproduction requires prior written permission from SOLIDO, under penalty of legal action.
